A Spring Walk

Took Shelby for a walk tonight and saw so many signs of spring!

First, was the sidewalk chalk art (sure sign of warm weather)

Second, was the pretty flowers (of course)

And the pretty flowery tree, which stinks (why is it so smelly?)

Third was the sunshine and beautiful sunset (we have not seen much of the sunshine with all this stupid rain, so we must enjoy it while it's here)

Lastly, 

and most important 

I saw lots of this while walking...

AND DID NOT SNEEZE ONCE!!!  YAY!!!  :D

Spring Cleaning

It's officially Spring! 

Now time for some spring cleaning.  Even though I hate cleaning, I hate winter more.  So I enjoy getting rid of any sign of it.  First to go was the snow!  Now, baby steps to green grass, sunshine and flowers... first step... clean up my teeny tiny back "yard" and get ready for mulch:

Second step... time to get Shelby's winter stink off... but it's too cold outside for a shower, so we had a bath:

Once the weather gets warmer, my "to-do" list will grow! :)

Searching for Spring...

It's starting to feel like spring... only 6 more days!  As I was walking my dog Shelby around the neighborhood I saw the first sign of spring...
